🎄 Holiday Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Southern Dirt Co. gear! If it’s not quite right, we’re here to help. For purchases made during the holiday season, we offer an extended 60-day return window.

Please Note:

• Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached

• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

• Discounted items (including Mystery Bags and Mystery Caps) are non-returnable, unless damaged

• Returns/exchanges are only accepted on purchases made directly through our website

• Caps sent back in plastic bags will not be refunded or exchanged

📦 Standard Return & Exchange Policy

For non-holiday purchases, returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges under the following conditions:

• The product is not on sale or part of a promotion

• The item is not discontinued, worn, washed, or damaged

⚠️ Mystery items and promotional products are not eligible for exchange.

If you need a different size or want to swap styles, email us (southerndirtco25@gmail.com) to begin the process. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing after we receive your returned item.

If your new item costs less than the one returned, we’ll issue store credit for the difference.
Shipping is FREE on exchanges.

Exchanges must be made within 30 days of your original purchase.

💳 Return Policy

We accept returns for store credit only on eligible items. Refunds are not offered.

Return Requirements:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with tags

• Must be returned within 30 days of delivery

• Mystery promotions, discounted items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned

❗ All returns will be issued as store credit (excluding shipping and processing charges).
No refunds will be issued.

Once your return is processed, please allow up to 7 business days for your store credit to be emailed to you.

We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. If you have multiple orders within the same day, please email us at southerndirtco25@gmail.com to combine your orders and we will refund one of the shipping cost if the first order has not already been processed and shipped.
